Reforms Café - Making The Judiciary More Responsive

The Judiciary in Kenya is certainly undergoing a transformation. The process of appointing the Chief Justice, Deputy Chief Justice and the Supreme Court Judges was certainly the most participatory process ever witnessed. The result of the process was a more optimistic citizenry towards the capacity of the Judiciary to give Kenyans Justice. As a Kenyan affected by decisions of the court nearest you, give your views on how the courts near you are performing and how Kenyans can participate in making the Judiciary a more responsive institution to the needs of Kenyans
